Online Applications for the S.Y. 2023 – 2024 is now open!
Online Application procedure:
- Scan the QR code to fill up the application form.
- After filling up the application form, wait for our confirmation message and the schedule of your entrance exam via email.
- Once you received the message thru email, submit your complete requirements at the Admissions Office to claim your entrance exam permit (No complete requirements, No entrance exam permit). For K-10 applicants, please settle an entrance examination fee of 250php at the cashier when you claim your entrance exam permit.
